The goods returned must be in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging and material.
Only stock items can be returned, this excludes bespoke, custom made designs.
Return delivery costs are at your expense & are not refundable.
A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
If for any reason your shade arrives damaged please let me know within 24 hours of receiving the items for a refund or exchange.
